I'm sick and tired of being taken for a sucker by the ink-jet printer cabal, and the insanely high prices they charge for ink. I bought an inexpensive monochrome laser printer, which works great, but I still need to print in color occasionally. So I thought I'd try a refurbished ink-jet cartridge for my Epson NX400 AIO, at a price where I can get 3 refurbed carts for the price of 1 brand new, Epson branded cart.
The refurb worked just fine, save for getting a small amount of ink on my fingers, though my clumsiness was more to blame. I popped in the cart, fired up the printer, ran a few test pages, all was well.
You won't find me buying brand new ink-jet cartridges ever again.
